Voyager glitch -help please Empty Voyager glitch -help please

After docking my boat in the Mysterious Harbor, my character looks like a fat penguin. I can only use a melee attack, and my PR is 65, and my movement speed is extremely slow. I cannot use any of my skills.

Can anyone fix this for me? I have tried relogging, and going back into my boat and then setting sail again.
