WHY IS MY SM account BANNED??!?!?!

my sm ac got banned nd i dont know why, when i try to login on her account it says that it doesnt exists

also i saw that guy haku, theres somthing wrong on him bcuz my crusader thats got 5.2k max after the update slashes 5k on HAKU



also, new update isnt good whole server hated it nd lots of ppl quited, if emmet was hard to break now he is impossible nd, every class got better things than normal but crus isnt good in this server just try to fight a voy, they got stealth, conch armor def, conch ray stun!!,like x2 def normal, more hp than normal much more, higher pr, higher atk dmg, now killing a voyager is really hard even using stun, imagine that for a champ

yeah champs have lowered max, no stun or stealth...they severly underpowered
