Client Problem

ok, ive installed everything correctly as described on the website, patched it and everything, but when i click enter game, that little rectangle with the picture comes up for about half a second and then closes, i went to the system folder and clicked game but it comes up saying "Load txt file [scripts/txt/CharacterAction.tx] fail!" then i click ok and it says "CExitTest".
what do i do? i know ive done nothing wrong
